Pizza: Although it gets a bad rap, Italian dishes actually contain a lot of heart-healthy ingredients. However, when it comes to pizza, some choices are clearly better than others. Pizza Hut's veggie lovers pie, for example, only contains 180 calories and 6 grams of fat per serving. Yet Sbarro's version packs a whopping 640 calories and 30 grams of fat. Clearly, even if you pile the veggies on, you can't mask the hidden cholesterol in the cheese and crust.
